Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Mini Memories order. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note: Since our magnets are custom-made just for you, returns for change of mind aren't usually accepted, but if there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@minimemories.co.nz.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, we may not be able to accept them.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.
If it’s damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order after your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process it on their end.
